Vladislava Lendzhova is a chief assistant professor, Ph.D. in the Sociology Department
of South -West University Neofit Rilski, where she holds lectures in Sociology of Youths and Ethnosociology.
Her research interests are particularly focused on the problems of European policies towards
ethnic minorities, migration, social integration, young NEETs in rural areas, social exclusion,
and stigma in postmodern conditions. On this basis, she has provided research for different
national and international networks. She has experience in the projects of the department
and with various international programs such as COST, HORIZON 2020, and Erasmus+.
Since 2017, she is a regular member of the European Sociological Association. She is also a member of the European
Rural Youth Observatory (EURYO), The Rural Sociological Society (RSS) and The
Society for Child Indicators (ISCI), Haruv Institute of Jerusalem, Israel.
